Return Policy

  • Morello Mushroom offers a free return policy without any restocking fee. 
  • We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of the item.
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and accessories attached.
  • Customers will get a return label through download or print.
  • Please contact our customer service team at support@morellomushroom.com to initiate a return.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@morellomushroom.com.
  • We will provide a return shipping label, if necessary, and process a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Refund: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 11 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
